Wore this for two weeks after my arm lipo and the open bust design actually kept everything lifted instead of flattened like my other compression garments. The lycra sleeves feel snug without cutting off circulation, and my posture has genuinely improved since I started wearing it daily.

The compression sleeves are surprisingly comfortable for lycra and don't dig into my arms even after a full day. The open bust design actually lifts and centers everything instead of flattening me out, which I didn't expect from a posture vest.

Wore this for two weeks after my back lipo and the difference in how I stand is noticeable already. The open bust design keeps everything lifted and centered without feeling squished, which I didn't expect from a compression vest. Four levels of hooks take some getting used to, but it's worth it.
