I’ve been wearing it for about two hours a day during my home workouts and the compression is firm but not suffocating, which is exactly what I wanted. My waist looks noticeably smoother under clothes right after I take it off, and the 8-hour daily wear limit feels realistic since it holds its shape

I’ve been wearing it during my morning runs and even for a full workday, and the compression really does make me feel like I’m working harder without it digging in. The hooks are sturdy enough that I can get a snug fit in seconds, and my waist looks noticeably smoother under clothes.

The three rows of hooks let me adjust the tightness mid-run without stopping, and after wearing it for an hour at the gym I can feel my posture staying locked in. I've been using it for a few weeks now and my waist looks noticeably slimmer even right after I take it off.
