Arnica Salve

Sore shoulder from lifting at work, and this ointment took the edge off the muscle ache within a few hours. The 4.2 oz jar is plenty, and it absorbs nicely without leaving that greasy film I hate.

My shin slammed into the coffee table corner and the bruise was ugly and purple, so I started dabbing this on twice a day. Within three days the swelling visibly went down and the tenderness faded way faster than my usual ice-and-ibuprofen routine. The 4.2 oz tube is lasting me a good while too.

After a week of hard yard work my shoulder was still swollen and bruised, and this 4.2 oz tube has been the only thing that’s actually brought the inflammation down. Rub it on twice a day and the ache fades noticeably by morning.
