Wore them for a full workday and forgot I had them on, the tummy control panel doesn't dig in at all. My jeans fit noticeably better in the back, and the lift stayed put even after sitting for hours.
The lift is no joke — I put them on and my jeans actually fit better right away. The light tummy control smooths things out without squeezing the life out of me, and they stayed comfortable through a full day of running errands.
The tummy control panel is surprisingly firm without digging in, so I can wear these all day at work without adjusting them once. Actually gave my backside a noticeable boost under my jeans, which is exactly what I was hoping for with the lift feature.
