I was skeptical about the steel boning digging in, but the compression is actually comfortable enough to wear under clothes all day. The three rows of hooks let me adjust the tightness as my body gets used to it, and I've already noticed my posture improving.
The zipper plus three rows of hooks means I can adjust the squeeze exactly as the day goes, and honestly the compression is no joke—my posture’s been better all week. Takes a minute to get used to, but it’s already making a visible difference.
The 15 steel boning supports really lock everything in place, so the compression feels even and secure all day. I’ve worn it through a few full work shifts and the three rows of hooks let me adjust the tightness as I get more comfortable.
