The three hooks make a huge difference when I’m adjusting it throughout the day—everything stays put without digging in. I’ve worn it under dresses and for workouts, and the 9 steel bones keep my posture in check from the first minute.
The steel boning is more rigid than I'd expect for the price, which is great for posture. It takes a bit of effort to hook all three rows at first, but that high compression does the job. One hook already feels a little looser after two weeks, but the waist shaping effect is noticeable.
