I was skeptical that any waist trainer could smooth out my sides, but after wearing this nude one under a fitted dress, the love handles and muffin top were completely gone. The hourglass shape it gives is immediate, and my posture even felt better by the end of the night.

The back support is the real winner here — I can feel my posture correcting the moment I zip it up. Wore it under a dress for a wedding and the hourglass silhouette was instant, no love handles peeking out anywhere.

Took it to the gym for the first time today and my love handles were completely tucked away under my leggings. The back support is no joke—I actually stood taller during my whole workout. Seams lay flat under clothes, which is a huge plus.
