I was worried firm compression would mean feeling squeezed all day, but the internal construction actually holds everything in place without digging in. Wore it for a light hike and then errands, and it never shifted or rolled up once.

The internal construction really does support naturally—I wore it for a full day of errands and forgot I had it on. Seamless fabric means zero lines under my t-shirt, and the firm compression keeps everything in place even through my light yoga session.

I was worried firm compression would feel restricting, but the internal support structure holds everything in place without digging in. Wore it for a full day of errands plus a light yoga session and it stayed put. Probably the most versatile bra I own now.
