I’ve been wearing it for about six hours a day and it’s honestly comfortable enough to forget it’s on—the compression is firm but not suffocating. My waistline looks noticeably smoother right after I take it off, and I can see it working even better when I throw it on for my evening walks.

The compression is no joke—my waist looked visibly slimmer right after putting it on, and it’s comfortable enough to wear through a full 8-hour workday without digging in. I’ve been using it daily for two weeks now and the instant reduction is real, plus it makes me sweat more during cardio.

Tried it during my workout yesterday and the compression definitely made me sweat more around my midsection. It’s comfortable enough that I forgot I had it on after the first ten minutes, even with the shorter torso fit.
