I bought this for post-lipo recovery on my flanks and the extra side compression is exactly what I needed. The waist band keeps the foam from sliding down, and being able to adjust it to hit just the sore spots made the first week way easier.
Bought this for post-lipo swelling on my sides and the extra side compression really does the job. The waistband keeps the foam from sliding around, though it takes a minute to get the pads positioned right before it sits comfortably.
