Three weeks in, wearing it about six hours a day, and my tailor actually asked if I'd lost weight around the middle — the hourglass curve is definitely showing up. The back support is the real bonus, I sit straighter at my desk without even thinking about it.
Wore it for my full 8-hour workday and the back posture improvement was noticeable by lunch, plus the waistband’s firm compression really does stimulate sweating around my midsection. It’s not a magic fix, but daily use has tightened my silhouette enough that my usual jeans fit better now.
I was skeptical about the back support claims, but after a week of daily wear, my posture has genuinely improved during long shifts. The compression is firm yet comfortable enough to keep on for eight hours, and my waistline already looks noticeably smoother.
