The three hooks make a huge difference in how snug and secure the fit feels, and I can already see my waistline looking smoother after just a few wears. My posture has noticeably improved too, which I didn't expect from a simple waist trainer.

The three hooks make it way easier to get a snug fit on my own than the usual two-hook shapewear, and I can already see my love handles smoothed out under a dress. My back feels straighter after wearing it for a few hours too, which is a bonus I didn't expect.

I wasn't expecting much for the price, but the back support is genuinely noticeable after a few hours of wear. It does cinch the waist to that hourglass shape, though it's a bit of a workout to get the three hooks fastened by yourself.
