แผ่นรองหลังส่วนเอว

The firm surface is exactly what my lower back needed after sitting at my desk all day, and it stays put without sliding around. I just wish I'd bought one sooner, it's made a noticeable difference in my posture.

Took it to the office and slipped it behind my chair cushion, and the firm support actually kept me from slouching through back-to-back meetings. The board is rigid enough to feel solid but not uncomfortable against my spine. Wish I'd grabbed one months ago.

I’ve been using it during long workdays and the firm support really holds my lumbar area in place without digging in. It’s compact enough to toss on my office chair or car seat, and I actually feel the difference by the end of the day.
