Sport Waist Trainer Nude Long 2023

I’ve been wearing it around the house for a few hours each day and the compression is firm but not suffocating, which makes the 8-hour wear claim actually believable. My waistline looked noticeably smoother right after taking it off.

Finally took it out for a workout and the way it holds everything in place actually made me sweat more around my midsection. I've worn it for a few hours at the office too, and the compression is firm but not painful, which surprised me.

I was skeptical about wearing it for eight hours straight, but the fabric stayed put and didn't dig into my sides even during a long workday. Wore it to the gym yesterday and definitely felt my core working harder on squats. The instant slimming effect in the mirror is a nice bonus too.
