The cooling effect actually works—I wore this under a dress shirt for a full workday and stayed dry even during my commute. The abdomen flattening is subtle but noticeable, and the fit is true to size as promised.

The medium compression is perfect for all-day wear, and I genuinely forgot I had it on during a long workday. It does flatten my stomach without feeling like a corset, and my posture stayed straighter than usual. Also, the cooling effect kept me comfortable even while running errands in the heat.

I was skeptical about posture shirts, but this one actually works—I catch myself slouching less by the end of the workday. The cooling fabric keeps me comfortable even during long commutes, and you genuinely can't see it under a dress shirt. Runs true to size, which was a relief.
