山金車茶

After a hard leg day I made a cup of this and the muscle soreness eased off by the next morning. The box comes with plenty of bags, so I've been having one after workouts and my usual shin bruises faded faster too.

I bruise like a peach, so I started drinking a cup of this arnica tea every morning after I bumped my leg on the coffee table, and the mark faded way faster than usual. Steeping it is easy and the taste is mild enough that I don't need to add anything.

Steeped a bag for about ten minutes after leg day and the muscle soreness eased off by the next morning. I also noticed a fading bruise on my shin looked less angry within a couple of days. The flavor is earthy and a bit bitter, so I add honey.
