I was skeptical about the waist reduction, but the compression genuinely flattens my abdomen without digging in, and the lift in the back is subtle yet noticeable under work clothes. The muffin top is completely gone even after a full day of wear, which is rare for me.
The back smoothing is the standout for me—my bra lines totally disappear under fitted tops. It lifts everything in the right places without rolling down, and the waist compression is firm but breathable enough for a full workday.
It does a great job flattening my stomach and smoothing out the muffin top under jeans, but the fabric can roll up at the top a little after a long day. Still, the back smoothing and slight lift are noticeable enough that I've already worn it twice this week.
